More Evidence that Gaming is Good for the Brain
The evidence continues to mount that playing video games has significant long-term benefits for the brain. "Better living through video games?" discusses this and how multitasking also improves your brain functionality later in life. The surprising part is that the initial study was focusing on bilingualism and observational correlations were made about multitasking, playing video games, and multilingualism.
